Procedure:
Booking Procedure
Once you have decided on dates for your holiday, we will
request a deposit of £150 to confirm the booking.
Upon receipt, the relevant dates will be made unavailable
on the website although we will reserve those dates for
3 working days whilst we await a cheque by post.
The
balance of the rental will be required no later than 4 weeks
before the start of your holiday. In addition, we will require
a refundable damages deposit of £150 which will be
returned to you within one week after the villa has been
vacated and inspected.
You
will be provided with directions to the villa together with
details of our agent who will hand over keys and ‘show
you how everything works’. Further, a ‘Welcome
Pack’ is provided which includes basic groceries such
as milk, bread, tea etc.
You
will be asked to provide a €100 (euro) refundable deposit
for the keys as they also include a remote for the security
system. Upon return of the keys in Spain, your €100
will be refunded.
Upon
vacation of the villa, a sum of €30 will also be required
by the agent for cleaning.
Changeover
Days
On ‘Changeover days’, we would advise new arrivals
that the villa is unlikely to be available until 3.00pm
to allow for cleaning etc.
When
vacating, we would ask guests to leave by 11.30am to allow
preparation for new guests.
We
